No 1 in the ranking of the "Perspektywy" monthly
On 26 June, the national ranking of non-public universities "Perspektywy" 2024 was published for the 25th time.
The position of the WSB Merito Universities is high, and the WSB Merito University in Gdańsk with its branch in Gdynia has maintained its first place among the Universities of the Tricity (Gdańsk, Gdynia and Sopot) for another consecutive year.
The Perspektywy ranking is one of the most extensive and transparent educational rankings in the world. It has an international quality certificate of the world organisation of ranking creators and analysts "IREG Approved".
During the evaluation, the ranking chapter considers criteria such as graduates' success in the labour market, teaching potential, innovation and cooperation with business, university prestige, scientific strength and internationalisation of studies, among others. The ranking aims to support university candidates in choosing their 'dream university' by introducing them to the attributes of each university and the opportunities it offers them.
The ranking includes indicators grouped into six criteria:
- prestige,
- graduates on the labour market,
- academic strength,
- didactic potential,
- innovation and cooperation with the market
- internationalization.
The methodology of the Perspektywy ranking was developed by the Chapter chaired by prof. Michał Kleiber, the former president of the Polish Academy of Sciences.
