Barbara Cyrek, PhD (University of Lower Silesia), coordinator of the discipline of social communication and media sciences in the Research Federation of WSB-DSW Merito Universities, has been awarded the prestigious Polish Society for Social Communication prize for the best PhD dissertation of 2023 in the field of social communication and media sciences! 🏆
Her two-volume dissertation, titled “Communication through Donations: The Case of YouTube”, has been recognized as the best in the country.
This prestigious award is granted to only one person per year, and the opportunity to receive it comes only once in a lifetime—in the calendar year following the defense of the PhD dissertation.
