On 14 May 2021, the annual Meeting of Scientific Disciplines was organized by the Research Federation of WSB & DSW Universities and conducted entirely online. The main purpose of the meeting was to discuss the current activities of the Federation and its preparations for the upcoming evaluation of the quality of scientific activities. The meeting was attended by over 120 participants from the Universities’ staff and research-and-teaching employees practicing the following scientific disciplines: economics and finance, linguistics, management and quality sciences, pedagogy, and social communication and media sciences.
During the meetings within the disciplines, the most important elements concerning the evaluation criteria in individual scientific disciplines were discussed. The agenda also provided time for the discussion of future projects, as well as the presentation of the results of research already carried out.
The next meeting with the employees of the Research Federation of WSB & DSW Universities is planned in autumn during the Science Forum – a conference organized by the TEB Akademia group. It is a meeting of scientific and didactic authorities of all participating and associated universities, the Federation’s top staff as well as academic and administrative staff.
