In early August, Postgraduate Studies and Training Department of WSB Merito University in Warsaw had the honour of hosting 40 lecturers from Kimyo International University in Tashkent, the largest private university in Uzbekistan. As part of the 144-hour course, participants had the opportunity to learn about modern educational technologies and European approaches to teaching. This international cooperation is an important step in the exchange of knowledge and experience, contributing to the quality of education and the development of teaching staff.
Participants of the course had the opportunity to learn about the work of lecturers from WSB Merito University in Warsaw, who shared their experience and knowledge of modern teaching methods and the use of the latest technologies in education.
The course programme covered topics such as:
- The European education system
- Challenges in higher education
- Digitisation and optimisation of educational processes
- Development of modern coursebooks
- Pedagogy of modern teaching
- Psychological tools in education
- Trends in contemporary management.
On the WSB Merito University side, Dr Piotr Olaf Żylicz, Vice-Rector for Internationalisation, and Olena Grohovska from the Department of Teaching Methodology were responsible for preparing the programme and supervising the course participants.
