- You will learn how to manage and organize hotel and catering facilities.
- You will learn the principles of applying quality management methods in hotel and catering services.
- You will learn how to prepare offers in accordance with the principles of proper nutrition and dietetics.
- You will learn to use the power of regional products and the possibilities of their production and distribution.
- You will gain knowledge of safety rules and the food quality system.
- You will begin to apply basic knowledge of tourism law.

Hybrid studies
You will conduct practical classes at the university, and lectures - online, on the MS Teams platform, during which you contact lecturers and group mates via the Internet, in real time (synchronously). Additionally, you will benefit from materials posted on the Moodle platform at a time convenient for you (asynchronous).
What else should you know?
As part of the specialization, you will be able to obtain certificates: Hotel IT systems. We cooperate with many hotels such as: Bulwar, Filmar, Copernicus and Mercure. In these places you will complete internships, internships and study visits.
