The goal of the TopMinds Program is to prepare early-career researchers for functioning in both national and international academic environments. The program offers support in the form of individual mentoring.
The TopMinds initiative is led by the Top 500 Innovators Association and the Polish-American Fulbright Commission (Fulbright Poland).
