The First Habilitation in the Research Federation of WSB-DSW Merito Universities! 🎉
The Scientific Council for the Discipline of Management and Quality Sciences of the Research Federation of WSB-DSW Merito Universities has awarded the habilitation degree to Assoc. Prof. Alicja Gębczyńska (University WSB Merito Wrocław).
Her scientific achievement forming the basis of her habilitation was a series of publications titled:
"Process Maturity of Local Government Units in Poland and the Implementation of Management Control Standards and Achieved Outcomes."
This marks the first habilitation procedure conducted within the Federation—a milestone for our academic community!
